Prior to completing any work for a client, we conduct a comprehensive needs assessment. This assessment gives you the opportunity to let us know what your needs and goals are for your security program. We can provide services from as needed personnel security support to full service security program management. A Facility Security Officer (FSO) is required to be an employee of your company (NISPOM 1-201). While we cannot be your FSO, we can support your FSO and your security program.
After we have reviewed your needs and goals, we will develop a plan to address your concerns. Our consultants have many years of experience in all facets of security program management and have developed processes and procedures that have been evaluated and tested by the Defense Security Service (DSS). Our consultants have led security programs at $1B+ corporations that have achieved multiple Commendable and Superior Vulnerability Assessment ratings.
Once we receive your approval, we will begin the process of taking your program to the next level. Our wealth of knowledge means that you will be receiving the best possible solutions to your problems. We will address each area in your needs assessment and provide additional recommendations to improve your program.
We look at security from a total program concept, not just one individual aspect. We will evaluate your entire program to identify areas we can leverage technology and automation to minimize cost and maximize efficiency.
